Ocean Resources Research Center for Next Generation (ORCeNG) at the Chiba Institute of Technology focuses on researches of seafloor mineral resources using the cutting-edge geoscience approaches. We aim to create a future society where people and nature are in harmony through the exploration and development of these environmentally friendly resources such as rare earth elements-rich mud and ferromanganese nodules in the deep sea, the last frontier of the Earth.
